About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across garages, suppliers, warehouses, and inventory teams.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of spare-parts requirements, product availability, inventory information, supplier communication, and product listing through CRM portals.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the automotive spare parts industry, including OEM, OES, aftermarket, and imported spare parts, and should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and digital/CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with garages, workshops, suppliers, warehouses, and internal inventory teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Understand spare-parts requirements received from garages/customers and coordinate with the relevant teams for availability and fulfilment.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, part numbers, lead times, and order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock verification, inward/outward movement, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of SKU/product details, part numbers, brands, quantities, pricing, and inventory status.
- Use CRM portals and internal systems to create, update, and manage product listings.
- Ensure products are listed accurately with the correct part number, brand, vehicle compatibility, category, product description, and other relevant information.
- Regularly update product and inventory information based on supplier and warehouse inputs.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock, product, delivery, or listing-related issues.
- Help identify alternate products/brands when the required spare part is unavailable.
- Coordinate between different stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of spare-parts requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational reports.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory, product information, pricing, or part numbers and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support the operations team in improving processes, turnaround time, data accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
Required Industry Knowledge
The candidate should have a basic-to-good understanding of the automotive spare parts ecosystem, including:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts
- Aftermarket spare parts
- Imported spare parts
- Genuine vs. aftermarket parts
- Automotive brands and vehicle models
- Spare-part categories and applications
- Part numbers / SKU identification
- Product compatibility and vehicle fitment
- Basic understanding of supplier and distribution networks
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable using CRM portals, ERP systems, inventory software, or other digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail, especially while entering part numbers and product information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with garages, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Organized and process-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn new automotive products and systems
Educational Qualification
Preferred:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Automobile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Candidates with a non-automobile educational background but relevant automotive spare-parts experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
