Astra Cybertech is expanding beyond India into the US, Middle East, and APAC, and we're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team. This is a senior, quota-carrying role covering our cybersecurity services portfolio — Assessment, GRC, MSSP, and Professional Services.
You'll self-source the majority of your pipeline through your own network and outbound prospecting, while also converting qualified opportunities handed off from our Inside Sales team. You'll report directly to our Sales Lead and work closely with a lean, six-person sales team.
What you'll do
- Own and close new business across our cybersecurity services portfolio
- Self-source pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and your existing network
- Convert larger opportunities handed off from Inside Sales
- Maintain a healthy pipeline (roughly 3x coverage) with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Conduct regular client meetings and on-site visits across India
- Represent Astra Cybertech in proposal discussions and contract negotiations
- Partner with Inside Sales and delivery teams on scoping and handoff
What we're looking for
- 5–7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT services sales
- A proven track record of carrying and meeting or exceeding a sales quota
- Working knowledge of security assessments, GRC, MSSP, or advisory services
- Demonstrated ability to self-source and close deals, not just work inbound leads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior client stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly within India.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
