- Oversee the day-to-day field operations and ensure that all project goals are being met on time.
- Ensure that the project complies with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain regular communication with office/project management team, regarding project progress and concerns.
- Supervise, and manage a team of field workers and subcontractors.
- Identify potential delays or risks, and work with the project management team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on field progress, labor, and resource usage.
