Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform raw data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. This role involves analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, statistical analysis, and data preprocessing.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Create meaningful visualizations to communicate business insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven insights.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting.
- Document data models, business logic, and reporting methodologies.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and BI teams to optimize reporting solutions.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience developing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or relevant analytics certifications are a plus.
