The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet (TLFCB) is one of India's premier dance institutions, dedicated to excellence in dance education, discipline, and artistic growth for over 20 years. Our main headquarters is near Ulsoor Lake in Central Bangalore.
The Role
We are seeking a warm, proactive, and articulate Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students from their initial inquiry through enrollment. You will serve as the primary face and voice of our academy, building trusted relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with warmth and professionalism.
- Walk prospective families through course options, schedules, and fee structures to help them choose the right fit.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions pipeline, from follow-ups to onboarding new students.
- Maintain accurate student enrollment records and support administrative operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, customer relations, hospitality, or consultative sales (education background is a plus).
- Strong active listening, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends/Sundays to meet with visiting parents.
