Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Review tender documents, agreements, and contract conditions before execution.
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts and subcontracts.
3. Monitor compliance with contract terms by contractors and consultants.
4. Manage variation orders, change requests, and cost impact assessments.
6. Support assessment of contractor claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and commercial disputes.
7. Coordinate with project managers and quantity surveyors for contractual clarifications.
8. Maintain organised records of contracts, amendments, and communication logs.
9. Identify contractual risks and escalate concerns to management with recommendations.
10. Support negotiation discussions with contractors and suppliers.
11. Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory standards.
12. Assist in final account settlement and contract closure procedures.
Educational Experience & Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
5–10 years of experience in contract management within construction or project management consultancy.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial documentation.
Experience in handling variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Good knowledge of construction processes and risk man
Strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
