KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer calls and provide effective support
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries
- Handle customers politely and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
SKILLS REQUIRED
Good English communication skills
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of Windows computers
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently
ELIGIBILITY
High school diploma / equivalent or higher
0–2 years of experience
