Role: Presales Associate
As a Presales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective parents, helping them discover the right learning opportunities for their children. You'll play a key role in qualifying leads, driving demo class bookings, and ensuring a seamless parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective parents through calls and other communication channels to understand their child's learning needs.
* Introduce BrightCHAMPS programs and explain their value proposition effectively.
* Qualify leads based on interest, age group, program suitability, and readiness for demos.
* Schedule and coordinate demo sessions based on parent and trainer availability.
* Address basic queries and ensure smooth handovers to the counseling or sales teams.
* Maintain accurate records, follow-up notes, and lead updates in CRM tools.
* Follow up with interested parents to improve demo attendance and support conversion goals.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
