Job Objective
To manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting onboarding, basic payroll activities, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Use job portals and social platforms for hiring
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
- Maintain employee records and HRIS updates
3. Payroll Support
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
- Support payroll inputs and data validation
- Coordinate with payroll team for timely processing
4. HR Operations
- Maintain HR documentation and employee files
- Support day-to-day HR activities and compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
