Job Summary
The Admission Officer is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses and programs, counseling applicants, processing applications, and ensuring admission targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
- Explain admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and enrollment procedures.
- Process student applications and verify required documents.
- Maintain accurate student records in the admissions database.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during the admission process.
- Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and promotional events.
- Meet monthly and annual admission targets.
- Prepare admission reports and maintain enrollment statistics.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates may be considered depending on the organization).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM or student management systems is an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require weekend work during admission seasons.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
