We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve strong performance and ROI. This role is suitable for freshers with basic Google Ads knowledge and candidates with 6 months or more experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and write high-performing ad copies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresher with basic knowledge of Google Ads OR 6 months+ experience in paid advertising.
- Understanding of bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
