Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, wok cooking, and food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
