Job Description:
Anbu Sri Sai Home Health Care is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our healthcare services, and support lead generation and customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
- Explain home health care services clearly and confidently
- Maintain call records and customer details accurately
- Coordinate with the operations team for service bookings
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field
- Freshers may also apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
