Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual displays as per brand guidelines.
- Design window and in-store layouts to attract customer attention.
- Maintain brand consistency across all stores.
- Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for promotional setups.
- Develop planograms and visual display standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor displays for new ideas.
- Ensure proper product placement to drive sales.
- Train and guide store staff on visual standards.
- Supervise visual setups during store openings or refurbishments.
- Monitor display effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain a visual archive for reference and audits.
- Manage visual merchandising materials and inventory.
