Job Summary
IKidz Preschool & Dayboarding is looking for a passionate and confident Admission Counsellor to manage parent inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of building strong relationships with prospective parents while guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents regarding preschool and dayboarding programs.
- Conduct school tours and explain the curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the school team for admission-related activities.
- Support marketing and promotional events organized by the school.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all parents visiting the school.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education, preschool, or school admission sector.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain records efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
