- Generate new business through IndiaMART, trade portals, cold calling, email marketing, and customer references.
- Handle and convert enquiries received from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries until order closure.
- Develop new customers in fabrication, EPC, engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical, marine, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality, and dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
- Prepare daily sales reports, enquiry status reports, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit customers when required for business development.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
