Job Summary
Carry All Packaging is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers organically.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos.
