Job Title: Sales Executive – Property Management Services (PMS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Property Management Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and rental market, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process of vacant properties. This role involves both fieldwork and client interactions, including conducting site visits, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties under Property Management Services.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections as and when required.
- Generate leads through offline real estate networks, brokers, and referrals.
- Maintain and update client and property databases as per company standards.
- Assist in preparing property-related documents and necessary paperwork.
- Understand the local rental market trends and provide insights to improve occupancy and rental value.
- Coordinate with the operations team for property readiness and tenant move-ins.
- Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate and rental market.
- Willingness to work on field assignments and conduct regular site visits.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and self-motivation.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar field preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
