HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR function across recruitment, attendance management, and HR record-keeping. Working closely with and reporting to the HR Manager, the role assists in the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding through documentation, compliance support, and employee engagement.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidate profiles through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain continuous follow-up with candidates through to joining.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and update monthly attendance and leave records.
- Track employee leaves, entitlements, and related documentation.
- Flag attendance or leave discrepancies to the HR Manager.
HR Record-Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain personnel files and employee records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with HR documentation, letters, and standard notices.
- Support payroll input preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Compliance & Process Support
- Assist in maintaining HR process compliance and statutory record-keeping.
- Support audit-readiness by keeping documentation organized and up to date.
Employee Engagement Support
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Support internal HR communications as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A good listener with a supportive, professional approach to employee interactions.
Added advantages (not mandatory):
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRMS, attendance software, or applicant tracking tools.
- Exposure to statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,710.88 - ₹25,000.00 per month
