ADMISSION COUNSELOR
Location: Nearby Navalur, Medavakkam, Sholinganallur, OMR, Ponmar
Position: Full-Time | Immediate Joining
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and passionate Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective parents through the admission process, provide accurate information about the school's programs, and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and update the database regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Achieve admission targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relations (school experience preferred).
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
