Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries and providing timely support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle admissions enquiries, campus visits, and follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth communication and operations.
- Manage front office activities, visitor handling, and telephone/email correspondence.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, and administrative files.
- Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent meetings, orientations, and other school activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and support the school's daily operations.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in administration, customer service, front office, or school operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
