Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join our Procurement team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to procurement operations, vendor management, budgeting, and business support functions. This role is designed to develop future professionals through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time business experience.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Support end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and documentation.
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Maintain vendor master data and procurement records.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
Eligibility
- BBA, B.COM.
- 2025 and 2026 graduates are eligible.
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year of internship or relevant experience.
Desired Skills
- Good understanding of procurement fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho is an added advantage.
