Job Objective -
BOHECO is India's leading cannabis-based health & wellness brand, pioneering hemp-based solutions for pain management and mental wellbeing. As we scale our D2C and online business, we are looking for a tech-driven, highly analytical, and aggressive growth hacker to own and drive performance marketing, retention, and marketplace growth.
This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for driving ₹5-7 Cr annualized revenue through online channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities -
1. D2C & Performance Marketing Growth
a. Scale BOHECO’s D2C revenue through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other self-serve platforms.
b. Explore other revenue-generating online mediums for sustained growth such as opportunities in Quick Commerce
c. Manage and optimize ₹10-13 lakhs monthly ad spends across META Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
d. Build a robust first-party data strategy to counter rising acquisition costs.
e. Work closely with creative, UI/UX, and content teams to drive higher conversion rates and ROAS.
2. Retention & CRM Strategy
a. Build a hyper-personalized retention strategy using WhatsApp, Email, and SMS Marketing.
b. Optimize CAC vs LTV through smart segmentation, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.
c. Implement subscription models, auto-replenishment, and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.
d. Leverage RFM analysis to identify and target high-value customers with tailored retention campaigns.
3. Marketplace Growth
a. Execute a full-funnel Amazon, Flipkart [YK1] & other relevant marketplaces marketing strategy.
b. Optimize A+ content, Amazon PPC, keyword ranking, and DSP ads to drive top-line growth.
c. Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns across marketplaces.
4. Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Improvement
a. End-to-end website funnel—improving user experience (UX/UI), speed, and conversions.
b. Optimize landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, and mobile-first experience on Shopify.
c. Conduct A/B testing on pricing, messaging, CTA buttons, and product recommendations.
d. Work with tech teams to ensure SEO best practices, site structure improvements, and page speed optimizations.
5. Creative Strategy & Performance Marketing Inputs
a. Work closely with design, content, and UI/UX teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and website assets.
b. Provide data-driven insights to optimize ad copies, creatives, and visual elements for higher CTRs, engagement, and conversion rates.
c. Develop and test ad variations, thumbnails, and video scripts to improve ad performance on META, Google, and Amazon Ads.
d. Align website UI/UX and PDP enhancements with performance marketing goals for better conversion rates.
e. Leverage heatmaps, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis to guide creative improvements and campaign messaging.
6. Data & Automation-Led Execution
a. Implement AI-driven marketing tools for data collection and analytics.
b. Own and optimize key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate.
c. Use Google Sheets, Excel etc. for deep analytics and reporting.
Candidate Criteria -
· 2-3 years in D2C, e-commerce, and performance marketing roles.
· Prior execution roles at top D2C brands OR agencies managing large-scale D2C accounts.
· Experience in META Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and programmatic advertising.
· Understanding of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
· Highly analytical mindset with mastery over Microsoft Excel, GA4, and Google Search Console.
High ownership and execution-focused mentality – ability to scale revenue with a growth-first approach.
Good to Have -
· Experience working with AI-driven ad tools, marketing automation, or first-party data strategies.
Experience in growth hacking, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer psychology.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
