- Lead Generation and Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, and highlight the school's unique academic offerings and facilities.
- Admission Processing: Guide families through the entire admission cycle. This includes application form assistance, document verification, scheduling entrance assessments, and conducting student or parent interviews.
- Campus Tours and Events: Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students. Organize and participate in school events, orientation programs, and open houses.
- Data Management: Maintain highly accurate records of inquiries, pending applications, and finalized enrollments using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or database software.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design outreach strategies, and coordinate with the academic staff to align admission practices with school programs.
