As a Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure equal access to quality education for all children.The 3C Framework:Our program is built around the 3Cs: Classroom, Community, and Capacity Building. As a Fellow, you'll gain experience in all three areas, empowering you to become a well-rounded changemaker in education.What You Will Do:Classroom/Teaching Interventions:
- Visit communities, homes to identify OoSC girls, setup a community learning center or a learning center in nearby government school and teach them in alignment with school time and calendar
- Work directly with in underserved communities, providing academic support, fostering a love of learning, and igniting their potential.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
Community Engagement:
- Inspire parents and local youth to take leadership and ownership of their children's education.
- Facilitate dialogues and collaboration between schools and communities, promoting school development.
Capacity Building:
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to unlearn and re-learn best practices in pedagogy, teaching methods, and leadership.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to become a more effective educator and leader.
