Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Backend Executive to manage and support day-to-day logistics operations from the backend. The role involves coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations related to shipments and logistics
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and inventory
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams
- Track shipments and update status regularly
- Prepare invoices, reports, and documentation
- Resolve shipment-related issues and delays
- Ensure data accuracy in systems and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/backend operations
- Good knowledge of shipping and courier processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
