Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare effective lesson plans that encourage academic growth and student participation.
- Teach students as per the CBSE curriculum and ensure proper understanding of the subject.
- Maintain a structured, disciplined, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Observe and evaluate students’ academic progress and share regular updates with parents or guardians.
- Work together with fellow teachers to plan and improve academic programs and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Good communication and strong organizational abilities.
