Job Title: Safety Incharge
Job Role: Safety of person in shop floor by ensuring 100% adherence of safety rules by all
Reporting To: Department head
Educational Qualification: Diploma in mechanical/Automobile engg.
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 3 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities
1. Daily safety audits in shop floor
2. Ensure work is being carried out in shop as per defined safety rules
3. Continual improvement in safety training module / WIS / HIRA / PPEs
4. Safety training to new employees and existing employees
5. Maintain first aid box, first aider and fire volunteers record
6. Renew licence of crane operator and forklift operator
7. Maintain shop hygene , lux level and noise level
Competencies / Skills
Technical/ Functional:
1 ) Knowledge of safety standard as per OHSAS standards
2) Knowledge of OHSAS related documentation
3) Knowledge of fire fighting and first aid requirements
4) Handon experience in using microsoft excel and power point
Behavioral:
1). Good communication skills
2). Disciplined & must follow all the rules & guidelines in the shop floor.
3). Ability to work as a team leader.
