- 1. Negotiation with client at the time of finalization of order.
- 2. Conducting technical meetings with customers to know their actual requirements & guide them to take better decisions to incorporate the project successfully.
- 3. Enhancing customer satisfaction through proper training, documentation and support.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- 1. Visiting new as well as old clients to reintroduce our products.
- 2. Gathering information of new product and prepare marketing material for the same and give exposure to clients.
- 3. Generating leads or following the leads to create new inquiries for future business.
- 4. Identifying & analysing hot leads, arranging marketing visits and converting it to firm enquirers.
