E-Commerce Manager – PPC, Website Management & Product Listing
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee online sales operations, manage PPC advertising campaigns, maintain the company website, and handle product listings across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving sales growth, optimizing digital marketing performance, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Monitor website performance, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
PPC Advertising Management
- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Amazon Ads
- Marketplace advertising platforms
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports.
- Optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI.
Website Management
- Manage and update website content, banners, landing pages, and collections.
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements and bug fixes.
- Ensure website speed, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
- SHOPIFY
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and optimize product listings on:
- Company website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- Other marketplaces
- Upload product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and keywords.
- Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and marketplace compliant.
- Manage product categorization and inventory synchronization.
- Update stock availability and pricing regularly.
Digital Marketing & Sales Growth
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate email marketing, social media promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Generate reports on sales, campaign performance, and website analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Expertise in PPC advertising and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail in product listings and website content.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
