- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Western region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure their continuous development and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint in the Western market.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and actively participate in high-value sales negotiations.
