Medcare Provider is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Support: Partner closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality, daily patient care tasks and accurately monitor and record vital signs.
- Versatile Care Delivery: Provide attentive care across multiple settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) environments.
- Specialized Care: Deliver empathetic, tailored support to patients requiring specialized dementia care.
- Clinical Documentation: Assist with accurate medical documentation and record-keeping to maintain our high standard of regulatory excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a safe, supportive, and patient-centric environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Active certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or successful completion of an accredited CNA program is required.
- Background: Previous experience in a nursing home, home community care, or hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Familiarity with critical care environments and the ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep commitment to treating patients with the warmth and dignity they deserve.
