Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can handle customer communication, maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and service updates.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production teams for smooth customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update data in Excel/software.
- Prepare daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely response to customer requirements.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field preferred.
- Candidates with customer service or sales coordination experience will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Good spoken English, Hindi and Marathi communication.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in industrial/product-based companies will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
