Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting property site visits, and assisting customers throughout the property buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new customer leads.
- Conduct property site visits with potential clients.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and site visits.
- Stay updated on available properties and market trends.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
