Job Title: HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Baner, Pune (Work From Office)
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Key Responsibilities & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support the end-to-end hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS data as required.
Employee Engagement & Employee Connect
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
- Coordinate employees connect programs, feedback sessions, and vendor activities.
- Help create internal communications and engagement content to enhance employee experience.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building a career in Human Resources.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
