We are a growing brand focused on beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products. We are looking for a professional design house or creative agency that specializes in premium packaging design and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative packaging concepts aligned with brand identity
- Design labels, boxes, bottles, and retail packaging
- Work closely with marketing, product, and production teams
- Prepare print-ready artwork and manage dielines
- Ensure designs meet manufacturing and sustainability standards
- Lead and mentor junior designers
- Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Packaging Design / Related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in packaging design
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Preferred Skills
1. Over 6 years of work experience. 2. Proficient in Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and 3ds Max. 3. Skilled in packaging design for food and health supplements. 4. Skilled in using AI tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
