Required Skills
✅ 10+ years of software development experience
✅ Strong expertise in .NET and REST API Development (Primary Skill)
✅ Hands-on experience with React.js (Secondary Skill)
✅ Experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications
✅ Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles
✅ Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers
✅ Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications
Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs using .NET technologies
Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to React-based applications
Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality initiatives
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers
Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and deployment
Support production releases and resolve critical technical issues
