Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline. A background in Computer Science along with an MBA is preferred to bring a strategic and technology-oriented approach to sales activities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients and understanding their business requirements
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with sales/business development teams for opportunity conversion
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify potential opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to drive long-term business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets
- Prepare regular reports and insights on lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance
- Engage with clients and stakeholders across the APAC region to support business development and sales initiatives
- Qualify leads and support the sales team in conversion efforts
- Monitor pipeline health, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights
- Contribute to campaign planning and lead nurturing strategies
- Analyse outreach results and recommend process and campaign improvements
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or related roles within a B2B/IT sales environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email campaign tools
- Strong command over MS Office and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- High ownership and ability to deliver results independently
- Exposure to handling APAC region clients and business development activities is preferred
- Experience working with Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) markets is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working with IT services, consulting, staffing, or technology-driven industries is an added advantage
