Job Location: Chennai / Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Kolkata / Pune
- Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the mainframe service delivery and provide KT to offshore team
- Review the documents on regular basis to maintain AS IS processes and procedures of CICS and MQ administration as current as possible
- Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer’s site
- Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams
- Support for inflight projects and upcoming projects in consultation with client SME
- Develop high-level logical and physical design based Customer middleware architecture and functional requirements
- Based on high-level design, provide updated middleware implementation proposal with cost and schedule estima
