Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Sourcing and qualifying new prospects through independent research, market networking, cold calling, and door-to-door visits.
- In-Person Presentations: Conducting live product demonstrations, pitch meetings, and tailored value-proposition presentations at a client's workplace or home.
- Territory Management: Structuring daily travel routes and scheduling client interactions efficiently to maximize regional market coverage.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling consumer objections, establishing pricing or payment terms on behalf of the firm, and finalizing purchase agreements.
- Account Retention: Making routine, recurring visits to existing accounts to check stock availability, handle complaints, and capture replenishment orders.
- CRM Reporting: Keeping precise, updated records of deal pipelines, travel mileage, and client profiles using mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
