The Lead Image Processing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading advanced medical imaging solutions for Perfint's image-guided intervention and robotic platforms. The role involves driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and developing high-performance image processing applications using industry-standard medical imaging frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of medical imaging applications using C++, Qt, ITK, and VTK.
- Design and implement image processing, visualization, segmentation, and registration algorithms.
- Develop and optimize 2D/3D visualization tools, MPR, and volume rendering workflows.
- Work with DICOM, CT, MRI, PET-CT, and Ultrasound datasets.
- Drive software architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Robotics, Clinical, Product, and Software teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Support software verification, validation, and regulatory compliance activities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
