Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Reach out to cold/warm leads, and handle inbound customer inquiries.
Lead Generation: Convert interest into sales or schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Customer Support: Answer product/service-related questions and resolve customer complaints.
Data Management:
Record details of all calls and consistently update the CRM database.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and an engaging, persuasive tone.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi are MANDATORY.
Active Listening: The ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
Tech-Savviness: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Resilience: The ability to stay motivated and handle rejection under pressure.
Targets: The ability to meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets
