We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations and Business Development Associate to join Clinic vertical.
The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our clinic's reach, building partnerships, and driving growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive new patient conversions after consultations by clearly communicating treatment value.
Ensure timely follow-ups for pending decisions or payment confirmations.
Maximize renewals by identifying patients nearing the end of their plans and pitching continued care.
Ensure full treatment payments are collected in a timely manner.
Follow up for pending dues without disturbing patient relationships.
Maintain accurate payment tracking.
Handle patient escalations calmly and resolve issues related to appointments, wait times, staff behavior, etc.
Educate patients clearly about therapy timelines, do’s and don'ts, and clinic policies.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience throughout.
Take feedback from patients nearing end of treatment and proactively request Google reviews.
Motivate satisfied patients to refer friends/family; track and reward referrals.
Maintain a weekly report of reviews and referral status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology.
- Should be a hustler with a go-getter attitude, likes to be a part of 0-1 journey
- Problem solver likes setting up processes. Should have outcome-based approach
