At Regional Australia Bank, we’re on a transformation journey—and we’re looking for a Manager (Change Management) to help us deliver it.
About the role
As a Manager (Change Management), you will play a key role in ensuring changes across the Bank are successfully adopted and embedded.
Working closely with the Transformation team and business leaders, you’ll focus on the people side of change—supporting stakeholders, driving engagement, and ensuring initiatives deliver their intended benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective, people-focused change
- Develop and implement practical change plans, communications, and training
- Embed a consistent change management framework across initiatives
- Support stakeholders through change, driving readiness and adoption
- Track benefits realisation and continuously improve change practices
- Build strong relationships and coach teams to embrace change
About you
You’re a strong communicator and influencer who thrives on helping people navigate change.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in change management, transformation, HR, project delivery, or a related field
- Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) or a strong willingness to develop
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into simple messages
- Experience supporting business, process, or technology change initiatives
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and focus on delivering outcomes
Desirable:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment
