Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Phone Calls, Emails, and Live Chat in fluent Tamil.
- Listen patiently to customer grievances, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide accurate, efficient solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to guide customers effectively.
- Log, track, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in verbal and written Tamil is mandatory. Decent command of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel), and good typing speed. (Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in international/domestic BPO, call centers, or customer service roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
