Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage tender submission activities from start to completion
Prepare quotations, commercial documents, and tender-related paperwork
Review tender requirements, specifications, and deadlines carefully
Collect technical and commercial inputs from internal departments
Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and customer communications
Follow up with clients regarding tender status and quotation approvals
Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation
Support sales and marketing teams in preparing bid proposals
Handle vendor registration and online tender portal updates
Maintain MIS reports and tender tracking data
Required Skills:
Tender coordination and quotation preparation
Good communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
Documentation and record management
Time management and multitasking ability
Basic commercial and pricing knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
