About Codes n' Ads
Codes n' Ads is a fast-growing technology and creative agency delivering innovative solutions in software development, branding, digital marketing, content production, and business consulting. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team and manage our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain DCR (Daily Collection Report) and other financial reports.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support financial audits.
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements (if required).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with financial reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
