We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic SEO & Social Media Intern who is eager to learn digital marketing and build a career in the industry.
ResponsibilitiesSEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages for on-page SEO.
- Create SEO-friendly content and meta titles/descriptions.
- Build and manage basic off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools.
- Assist in technical SEO audits and website optimization.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm changes.
Social Media
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach.
- Research content trends and competitor strategies.
- Help manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the design team for content requirements.
- Track post performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with keyword research and content optimization.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Basic understanding of HTML (preferred but not mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- AI tools like ChatGPT for research and productivity
