- Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end execution of EHV Transmission Line and Underground Cable EPC projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan and manage project schedules, BOQs, manpower, materials, logistics, and resources while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Supervise field activities including route surveys, ROW clearances, cable laying, HDD, jointing, termination, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Monitor project progress, subcontractor performance, material reconciliation, billing, cash flow, cost control, and ensure timely project reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, utilities, suppliers, and inspection agencies to obtain approvals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project contracts, commercial claims, variation orders, subcontractor billing, and financial performance to ensure project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, insurance requirements, and labour laws throughout the project lifecycle.
