We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell electronic products to customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing product information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electronic products such as PA Systems.
- Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the inventory and delivery team for timely product supply.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronics products.
- Strong customer handling ability.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, email).
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in electronics or retail sales will be an advantage.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in sales or marketing of electronics products.
